'Karma' and 'Encouragement' systems - UPDATED.

We've made improvements to both the "Karma" and "Encouragement" systems.

Some elements remain unchanged:
- Karma's purpose is still to encourage good vibes, to make the server a safer happier place.
- The way you earn karma is still the same - positive behaviours earn you karma, toxic behaviour loses you karma.
- Everyone has the same chance to earn or lose karma, regardless of rank etc.  You can NOT buy karma (this is unchanged).

Updates to karma benefits:
- We've permanently removed the old "karma" kits.  Instead, you need to have a positive karma balance in order to access the "encouragement" kits - and we've made those significantly better than they were - more on that below.
- There are some game modes (inc. a new game in final development & testing stages!) only accessible with good karma.  This helps encourage legitimate play, "clean" chat, and non-toxic behaviour.
- Various benefits, giveaways, prizes etc only available to players with good karma.

"Encouragement" kits have the same purpose as before:
- New players, unfamiliar with a game, have a better chance to survive longer and enjoy their first few games.
- Players with a not-brilliant plays-to-wins ratio awarded some kit to slightly improve their chances.  This makes things more fun for the "pros" as well, as the noobs will be marginally less of a walkover!
- "Pro" players do not get a kit.

The big difference is - there are are now several "levels" of encouragement kit, based on your play-to-win ratio, average score, etc.  Even "good" players will get at least a tiny something, to help balance the game.  Please don't be offended or take it too personally if you are given a kit, haha!
